Overview:
The land of Mahabharata and Ramayana has been home to sages and profound wisdom. Heath care remedies have been around since mankind. However, in 1000 B.C., Sushrut the father of surgery, wrote Ayurveda, an ancient health care system which is still prevalent in India and neighbouring countries. Ayurveda means "knowledge of life" and therefore it is gaining popularity in the west too. Allopathic treatment is the regular form of medicine. Today from headache's to cancer medicine allopathic treatment is predominant.

Latest Trends in Medicine:
What happened the last time when you had to face something that you dread, something whose very sight terrifies you. Yes, we're talking about the four letter F- word. No, not that one. Fear. We all have phobias, to some it maybe herpetophobia, which is fear of reptiles, to some it maybe Acrophobia, the fear of heights and so on, we've tried to face 'em but failed mostly. Doctors now-a-days are using technology to help people come over their phobias, disorders and addictions. VIRTUAL REALITY is the latest trend in medicine.
Imagine being trapped in some confined place, an uncontrollable urge grips you and you starting gasping for air, and suddenly the voice of your therapist calms you, telling you to try using your coping strategies. Virtual Reality is a simulated environment for patients to face their addictions, disorders, phobias. It takes the patient into a version of the real world within the clinic.
