When you opt not to register with publicacademia.com but use our system only to send enquiries, your data is stored in our database. Also, when you select this option, you will not be able to access your own data for pre-filling other online applications/forms or any other purpose. You will be required to submit such data every time that you wish to send such an application/form.
STORE DATA ON OUR SERVER AND ALLOW ACCESS TO UNIVERSITIES, COUNSELLORS AND/OR SERVICE PROVIDERS FEATURED/LISTED ON PUBLICACADEMICS.COM:
This option comes into play when you register on publicacademia.com. Your profile may be utilized by publicacademia.com to service your account and inform you about publicacademia.com products and services. After you register on publicacademia.com and send an enquiry or message to Universities, Counsellors and/or other Service Providers, your messages and profile information will become available to those Universities, Counsellors and/or other Service Providers whom you have selected. As your data will be stored on our server, you will be able to re-send it to other Universities, Counsellors and/or other Service Providers whom you select in the future. You will also be able to edit and update your data. Your data may also be viewed and accessed by other Universities, Counsellors and/or other Service Providers featured/listed on our site. These entities may contact you in an effort to recruit you to their institution or to provide you information and/or offers for their products/services. Counsellors in your area may also access your profile to offer help with your admission and offer other services. This option also allows other service providers for e.g. Loan provider, Credit card provider, Insurance provider and other businesses deemed appropriate by publicacademia.com) to access your profile and to contact you and let you know about their products and services.

Visitors to the site to view information about your services, including facilities (test coaching, study advice, Visa guidance etc) provided, courses offered , destinations associated with and areas of expertise. Allow registered students to send you enquiries for admission to courses available at your partner university / institution. Allow Counsellors to contact you for exchanging student queries, allow universities / colleges to contact and mandate you to promote their university / institutions and its courses. Allow Students and/or Counsellors to send you messages relating to your partner university / institution and courses.

Visitors to the site to view information about the company, including job postings, courses and programs. Allow registered students to send you enquiries for application to Jobs / internships available at your company / organization. Allow students and institutes to send you messages relating to your company / organization.
